Automation professionals face a predicament. With AI rapidly automating routine technical tasks, higher-level engineering roles blending one’s domain expertise to deal with data and software is essential. We at ISAB have taken a holistic view of this essential need to mitigate the predicament of professionals across domains. ISAB’s workshop exclusively for ISA members is designed to deliver just this. It is titled “Gen AI and Agent AIs”.
The workshop is designed to have a “hands-on” approach with use case materials to tap into.
Initiating a multi-part workshop series into understanding this dark automation technology that has grabbed global attention, the program outline of the first such interactive workshop has seven distinct sections. Each section is expected to last 45 minutes.

Sakthi Ramalingam is a professional known for his work in architecture and technology
leadership, and also recognized as a speaker on topics such as leadership, AI, continuous
learning, and success in executive-level careers. He holds a leadership role as
Director of Architecture at MiQ, a global marketing technology company
focusing on data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. In this capacity, he engages with
audiences at industry events and panels, participating in discussions on unlocking success
and leadership insights for C-suite executives. While being active professionally in areas like Generative AI, microservices, AI/ML strategy,
and organizational architecture, he is currently also pursuing advanced education (involving
GenAI research). His speaking topics often intersect with technology innovation,
professional development, and industry transformation.
